Reporting of Injuries, Diseases & Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995

All employers, self employed and people in control of premises must report specific workplace accidents to the HSE. These include:

• Death & Major Injuries
• Dangerous Occurrences (near misses)
• Injuries that require more than 3 days off work
• Disease
• Gas Accidents

DON’T GET FINED:

Fill out your accident book no matter how small the incident. This is your due diligence if you are visited by the Environmental Health Officer.
