SRA Management course stage 1
This one day management course provides an insight into the key components of successful law firm management. It is full of practical tips and suggestions to assist both those with significant management experience and those just commencing a management or supervisory role. It is based on extensive experience of working with a wide profile of firms over a fifteen year period and is also applicable to in-house lawyers. The course gives practical assistance with the implications of Rule 5 of the Code of Conduct, including preparation for SRA Practical Standards Monitoring Visit, and also look at techniques for business development.
