Fire Safety Training

This course is run over 1 hour 30 Minutes. This Course aims to provide candidates with the Knowledge and Skills required to use fire fighting equipment and tackle a fire in the early stages.

Aims:

  • To Identify the correct equipment to use on different classes of fire
  • Explain the new colour coding consistent with BS EN3
  • List what steps to take in the event of a fire
  • State How and Why fires spread
  • Demonstrate how to use the different types of Fire Extinguishers
  • Develop awareness of Fire Safety Advice
On successful completion each candidate will receive a course certificate.
