Fire Marshall Training
This course is run over 2 Hours 15 minutes. This Course aims to provide candidates with the Knowledge and Skills required to use fire fighting equipment and tackle a fire in the early stages in order to prevent disastrous consequences.
Aims:
- To Identify the correct equipment to use on different classes of fire.
- Explain the new colour coding consistent with BS EN3
- List what steps to take in the event of a fire
- State How and Why fires spread
- Demonstrate how to use the different types of Fire Extinguishers
- Develop awareness of Fire Safety Advice
- Assisting or directing visitors or members of the public from the workplace
- The evacuation of disabled people
- The location of escape routes
- The location of the nominated assembly point
On successful completion each candidate will receive a course certificate.
