Fire Marshall Training

This course is run over 2 Hours 15 minutes. This Course aims to provide candidates with the Knowledge and Skills required to use fire fighting equipment and tackle a fire in the early stages in order to prevent disastrous consequences.

Aims:

  • To Identify the correct equipment to use on different classes of fire.
  • Explain the new colour coding consistent with BS EN3
  • List what steps to take in the event of a fire
  • State How and Why fires spread
  • Demonstrate how to use the different types of Fire Extinguishers
  • Develop awareness of Fire Safety Advice
  • Assisting or directing visitors or members of the public from the workplace
  • The evacuation of disabled people
  • The location of escape routes
  • The location of the nominated assembly point
On successful completion each candidate will receive a course certificate.
